5-Year Warranty

From date of purchase, Duncan Kitchen Grips® guarantees to replace any item found defective in material, construction or workmanship under normal use and following care instructions. This excludes damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse or improper usage. This warranty is made only to the original purchaser.

Efforts will be made to replace the item with a similar item currently in production. Duncan Kitchen Grips® does not warrant that an identical replacement item will always be available for a defective product.
